ABOUT US

Lighthouse Studios drew inspiration for its name from Ireland's fascinating maritime history. There are 70 lighthouses scattered along a coastline of over 7,000 kilometers, all burning brightly to guide voyagers safely to shore.

Our Lighthouse is based in Kilkenny, Ireland, a location with a long history of creativity and storytelling.

We started out specialising in 2D animation and each year we draw creative souls to our shores for Kilkenny Animated Festival, run with fellow Kilkenny animators, Cartoon Saloon.
